Burn labels for DVDs just by placing the DVD in the burner facedown and pressing Record! Read more on the LiteOn-built DVD burner with Lightscribe technology at Tom's Hardware.
hey i have a HP lightscribe burner and it fucking sucks. i had to send it back to newegg for the ol' in and out. 5.75 for shipping that i can no longer spend on hookers.
heh, yeah, for some reason the first burner i bought from newegg (nu tech ddw-082) ended up being defective, and i replaced it with an nec burner...in the end, i ended up with a faster burner with dual-layer support though, and it works great!
i do have to say though, over the past year i've had to pay shipping to send back my wireless keyboard, my dvd burner, and dlink router...around $15, which kinda sucks, but at least i ended up with something that works well in the end.
